1. Registration & Login

How to check the status of my registration/application?

To know the status of you application, you can mail us at [email protected] Usually, your account will be verified within 3 to 5 working days but if you do not get any response from us within the stipulated time frame, you may contact us any time at the above-mentioned e-mail ID. We would revert back to you within 48 hours.

How can I get assistance while filling up the sign up form during registration process?

Help Text will be available in all the mandatory fields and you should go through the Help Text and complete your registration. Alternatively you may send a mail to us along with your contact number at [email protected] for any assistance. Our team will contact you and help you complete the registration process.

What is the list of documents to be provided to complete my registration process?

You may check the upload document page once you sign up for MyChoice, for the list of documents required to complete your registration process.

What is the procedure to retrieve my password?

You can click on forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions. In case, if you face any difficulties, please write to us at [email protected]

What is the procedure to change my business partner admin account details?

For change in corporate admin details, please write to us at [email protected]

What is the timeframe to enroll a card in Co-Branded Program?

It will take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete the card design and on-board your company under MyChoice Co-Branded program

What are the limits to fund my Corporate Account?

There are no rules and limits to funding your corporate account.

2. Business Account Funding

What are all the modes of payments to fund my corporate account?

You can fund your account through Wire Transfer or by using the Internet banking facility of your bank. Please login to your account and navigate to add funds page. You may select the fund transfer mode and follow instructions as provided to add funds to your funding account.

How many days will take it to credit my corporate account from the date of transfer?

Time taken to credit your funding account will depend on the mode of fund transfer selected.

Wire transfer may take 2-3 working days* if wire is initiated outside SEPA region and same day if wire is initiated within SEPA region to show up on your funding account.

Fast Bank Transfer (available only to upgraded Business Partners) may take 1-2 working days* to show up on your funding account

*Working days are Monday through Friday, except for recipient bank holidays

I had opted for multiple currencies during registration. Can funds available in any currency funding account be transferred or accessed from another currency funding account?

Funds available in any one currency funding account may not be used or transferred to the funding account of another currency. In case, you wish to make such transfer, please write to us at [email protected] Relevant fee and forex conversion charges may apply.

3. Card Issuance

I am an admin user for my corporate account? Will I get the card automatically?

No, you have to enroll cards for yourself by furnishing all the details.

Is it possible to enroll cards in bulk?

Yes you can enroll cards in bulk. Necessary excel templates are available in the Enroll Cardholder tab. We recommend you to fill the excel templates with the necessary details and upload the same.

How long will it take to process the Bulk Card Enrollment?

It may take up to 30 minutes to process your bulk card enrollment request based on the availability of funds in the prefunding account. If prefunding account does not have sufficient funds, we will wait 24 hours to process bulk card enrollment for the Business Partner to load their account. You can check the status of your request on the Cardholder bulk enrollment page.

How long does it take for the Plastic Cards to be delivered to the Cardholders?

Normal Delivery may take 5 to 8 business days* within Europe and 7 to 13 business days* for Rest of World.

Express Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days*. Necessary tracking number will be provided to you upon request. Relevant fee may apply.

If my employees didn’t receive the card, what should I do and whom should I contact?

In case, if you select the card delivery method as “Normal”, we can provide the shipment date alone since it’s a low cost delivery method the postal service does not provide the tracking details.

If you select the card delivery method as “Express Delivery”, you can collect the tracking number and contact our Courier service on your own and trace your card package.

Please write to us at [email protected] and get your tracking in advance to trace your package.

Are there any possibilities to change the delivery method of our employees’ card if we erroneously selected the delivery method?

Yes, you can write us on [email protected] immediately after you enroll the card so that support team can raise the request to our dispatch team.

Is it possible to re-issue a new card to my employee in case of “Card Not Delivered”?

Yes you can. Please send a request to [email protected] and re-issue a card. Relevant fee may apply.

I am unable to enroll a cardholder?

Please check the error message & write to us at [email protected]

Note: Before you enroll a card, please check your account balance and ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover for enrollment fee.

4. Cardholder Funding

Is it possible to fund multiple cards in one go, via a file?

Necessary excel templates are available in the ‘Fund Cardholder’ tab. We recommend you to fill the excel templates with the necessary details and upload the same.

Can I request you to upgrade the card limits on behalf of my employee/cardholder?

Yes. You can collect the mentioned documents from the cardholders and upload them on the website and request us to upgrade the limits.
